Villa Rom Trai is an Asian-influenced contemporary holiday home with a striking design cascading down a hillside to the water's edge. The villa offers multiple levels of comfortable living spaces and intimate gathering areas, perfect for families and friends. Its understated interior decor highlights the stunning views of Naka Lay Bay and the Andaman Sea.
The entry staircase descends from the foyer into the lounge, connecting to the main living spaces. An internal lift also connects three main levels. The glass facade opens onto the wrap-around pool deck, furnished with cushioned loungers and al fresco dining areas.
Inside, a spacious dining area sits under a double-height atrium, with a breakfast counter and a fully fitted kitchen hidden off to one side. Colorful abstract paintings, dark wood floors, and richly toned furnishings add to the sophisticated tropical luxury. A carpeted library offers a quiet space for reading.
The villa features five bedrooms with king-sized beds. Two larger bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, while two connecting bedrooms are ideal for parents with children. Additional communal spaces include a lawned terrace, steam room, and sauna.
Villa Rom Trai is served by two live-in staff: a chef and a housekeeper, plus an on-site concierge.
